We organized an AWS User Group Meetup, which took place in the Event Hall. The hall is large, bright and equipped with all necessary equipment. The event gathered more than 80 participants, and they were all satisfied. The professionalism and individual approach of the event office team deserves special mention. What events can be held at the Astana Hub sites?
Events in the field of information and communication technologies and/or other events not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan can be held at Astana hub sites.
How long before the start of the event is it necessary to apply for the organization of the event?
Applications from the interested parties received by the responsible employee of the Event Office at least 5 (five) business days before the planned date of the Event are subject to consideration.
How long does it take for an event announcement to be considered on the Astana Hub website?
After posting the announcement on the platform, the responsible employee of the events office shall, within no more than 3 (three) working days, verify the announcement for compliance with the information previously submitted, the correctness of the date and time, the quality and format of images (files), as well as the compliance of its text with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory documents applied by Technopark in its activities.
How long does it take to consider an application?
The notification of acceptance of the application for further consideration or the provision of a reasoned refusal to organize and hold the event shall be sent to the Applicant within no more than 2 (two) business days from the date of receipt of the application.
